July 16, 2010 marked the 3rd anniversary of The Henley Company. We can’t begin to tell you how much we love being in business and having the opportunity to serve our clients. Three years ago the focus of the business was corporate events and personal concierge services. What the last three years has brought is a diverse book of business. We have self produced major movie premier events for Sex and the City: The Movie, He’s Just Not That Into You and Sex and the City 2. We have also created Sales & Cocktails: Where Business Development & Happy Hour Meet, our bi-monthly business networking event. Under our concierge umbrella, we have also taken on international relocations for clients moving to San Diego. It’s a privilege to be the first point of contact for executive families leaving the comforts they know for a new adventure in San Diego. I also served as the President of the San Diego Chapter of the International Special Events Society for 2 years. All of this is in addition to the wonderful clients and projects we have had the pleasure of working with.
As we celebrate 3 years in business (especially in this economy!) it’s a great time to pause to figure out who we really want to be when we grow up! We now have a pretty good idea and so we are in the midst of a rebrand. At the end of the day, what we love more than anything (both
personally and for our clients) is the opportunity to create experiences; whether it is for our event clients or our concierge clients, we approach everything from the lens of creating an experience. The Henley Company is transitioning from being an event management and personal concierge firm to an Experiential Event & Lifestyle Management company. We can’t wait to show you our new look in the coming months!!
